And lastly, A deadlift video.. 545lbsx11 at the end of a back workout
I will be honest I have been slacking big time on deads. This is probably the 4th-5th time I have done them in the last 6 months lol. Did this at the end of my workout. I made the HUGE mistake of not starting off the floor.. I did it to load the plates easier and almost had a bad fall if you watch the video. My best is 600x10, but I am pretty happy with this considering how bad I have been slacking on them.

I was gonna say, i have not seen you deadlift at Real in a long ass time man, but its pretty clear you built your back up real strong with tons of rows and rack deadlifts. Great set.

Damn...Walking around with 545 at the start. lol ... Great strength again. A better question would be - Do you have any weak lifts, Matty?
Don't say donkey calf raises because we know you're good at them too! LOL

I think you could of gotten 12-13 if you hadn't had the little mis-step at the beginning. VERY solid lift, Matty.

hahaha.. curls? I don't go too crazy on secondary lifts, I focus a ton on form these days and the squeeze of the muscle lol. I see people all the time doing random shit stronger than me. The other day some 150lb kid was outcurling me lol. Of course if I did it like an asshole or Jeff The Producer(same thing) I could do a ton of weight.
Thanks Mac! It was actually kind of a scary moment tbh.. I have NO ACL in my left knee at all. Things could have became very ugly *knock on wood*. I tried walking back while focusing on my grip and slipped up.
thanks brother... I am gonna try 600 in a week or two for reps.. Feels good to feel the heavy weight again

Great lift. I'd be happy with a single at that weight right now. Speaking of masturbation, I'm pretty sure that guy on the left portion of the screen peeking out from behind what appears to be a leg press, snuck in a quick jerk during your set out of respect for the way you handle your weights.
