as far as loading the plates do what I do...slide a 2.5 lb weight under the 45's so it lifts them off teh ground. So let's say you have 225 on the bar you can just role the end onto a 2.5 pound weight. If you put the flat side down it won't role and it's easy to get the 45's on and off.

There is no slacking about the work you just put out there bro, You really killed it
I like your form you made sure your feet were square and you really had a stable
platform to work off of. I think this is a great lift. That's an impressive max too

An excellent show of raw power. To recover so well from a bad start and still perform eleven reps is hugely impressive.

thanks for the compliments bro! Yea man I use to do that all the time originally for years. I was just extra lazy that day which is extremely ironic. I usually start from the rack then put it on the ground.
actually man I barely do rack pulls tbh that much, I am a BIG fan of deadlifts in the smith machine. I feel like I can isolate my back a lot more. Another thing is I follow the old Dorian Yates method of doing deadlifts at the end of my workouts now. So I can fully hit the back before my workout and won't be too tired and spent and half ass other part of the back and their exercises. It actually feels better too because I am more warmed up.
Thanks man! I usually go in the rack until 405 then drop it. That day I was an idiot lol. I am never gonna do that again. I could have seriously been hurt, especially with no ACL in my left knee. Things could have been very bad.
Thanks! I did a bit of a wider stance that day than what I am use to and loved it actually.
LOL!!
Thank you sir!

You should do your heaviest compound movement at the beginning imo.
