I'm sure there are other alternatives. What's wrong with the shoulder? Is there tendon/joint issues?

HERE I AM...I had total shoulder replacement 4 yrs ago..drum role please.....I lift heavy 7 days a week, DB over head press-100lbs for 6 reps, 80 lb DB curls, 605 squat, close grip bench 275 for 8 reps. 315 shrugs.....I only stay away from heavy bench, which is worse thing...DB incline press 120 for 8 reps......not had a single pain or problem....first year everything hurts because of nerves are being pushed on...after that l forgot all about shoulder. doctor cemented parts back because he knew I would keep lifting. do I max..NO! never! prior to surgery I inclined 405 for reps, I don't push to that level now...im 52 yrs old and had surgery at 48....I WOULD do it again...I was in so much pain for 10 yrs after powerlifting for almost 30 yrs. email me if you have questions.
