MI40, FST-7, Y3T and other training programs
Guys I'd like to ask you for help with famous training programs.
I've got Ben Pakulski's MI40, Hany's FST-7, Neil Hill's Y3T.... do you know other training programs? I am looking for new programs not old bulgarian or russian routines like Sheiko, Ivanov, Fomin.
Strictly bodybuilding programs.
Thanks for all the help

as alternatives...
I favor german volume training 10 sets 10 reps 1 min rest using same weight all sets and trying to increase poundages in weekly increments.
also, Vince Gironda 8x8. similar to g.v.t. with 8 reps 8 sets. generally starting at 45 sec rest first set and decreasing resting periods by 5 additional seconds everytime till your down about 5-10 seconds rest by set 8, the last set.
i love 8x8 when doing flat flyes or chest presses!

I'd LOVE to know more about Mountaindog training. I think John Meadows needs to be on HeavyMuscleRadio and delve deeper. After seeing what he's done with Antoine Vaillant and alot of other members on the forum I am extremely impressed and even more curious as to his methods.

Definitely forgot about John and his training methods. Thanks guys.
I dont wanna write about 20+ years old methods. There are sooo many articles about them. But those new systems are not well covered. John's methods are definitely one of the best and most interesting.
