I think its sad (read: laughable) that they are so busy rejecting the 'end goal' of 'fitness' that they are really just playing at "gym time", not promoting the idea of looking forward but rather looking away, making it "ok" to let the diet slide in favor of "treats" and not promoting alternative options for good diet. Honestly... pizza? They should probably have cigarette night & beer night as well.
Nothing is more destructive than closing your eyes and rejecting something that shows you the things that are possible.

Planet fitness completely rejects the end result of working out; and defacing the meaning of "fitness" as said in their name. A sad excuse for a gym

There are LOTS of people who buy into the selective "no judgement zone" and don't want to look at people in better shape than themselves as inspiration, and equivalently, want to be around a bunch of other people who look like them and all of them are playing like they might actually be able to change their shape to the people they don't want to have to look at in the gym.
In other words you're paying $10 / month for free pizza and mental masturbation.

i find the more developed physiques are more willing to help those less developed and outta shaped individuals with all the knowledge they have gained.
maybe the pizza fridays and donuts are for psychological purposes to see if one can resist tasty temptations and really break old habits.
also, whoever writes the script for their commercials should masturbate vigorously one last time and put a loaded caliber of there choice to the temple and squeeze with good form....at least try to be funny.
i think that's what ticks me off the most. not that their over stereo-typing bodybuilders into mythical proportions, but they are doing it in a retarded non-humorous way that is not even vaguely amusing.Last edited by Friendly Milkshake; 01-20-2013 at 06:11 AM. Reason: fucked up
