LANCE ADAM - M4BTEAM SUPER-10 Transformation Journal
I'm down south in Tampa,FL I like to lift some heavy ass weight and eat a lot of food. Don't be fooled with the Men's Physique background, your gonna see some HARDCORE changes!

Supplements I will be taking: ALA,CLA, OMEGA 3-6-9, FISH OIL, CHROMIUM PIC, TRIBULUS, VIT C, DIGESTIVE ENZYMES, D-3. Also, by SNAC: Proglycosyn (whey protein isolate with dextrose), ZMA, AND Aerobitine! (helps with blood flow and fights fatigue)
My goal: to be 290 with ABS! LOL i wish. I want to gain muscle and lose bodyfat (dont we all) I plan on eating a ton of healthy fats, good carbs, and protein. Heavy training and minimum cardio. Really put on good lean weight!

We sound like opposites, if I stare at a weight too long I gain 5lbs of LBM. If I daydream about cake I get a fatter ass.

Grocery cart shopping:
5 dozen cage free eggs
5 packs of 99/1 Jenni-0 Turkey 20oz each
2lbs of all natural chicken (I'm not a big chicken fan, i prefer turkey)
90/10 ground sirloin
93/7 ground beef (the beef and sirloin were on sale, usually I eat grass fed beef but $8 a lb get pricey, I can really taste the difference between the two)
All natural PB
Broccoli
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salad Bags
Brown Rice ( I love white rice, so I'll be switching between the two)
Idaho Potatoes
Grapefruit
Foods I also include in my diet:
Coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, raw cows milk, gluten free oatmeal, ezekial bread, white rice, and cream of rice.
I usually have one meal a day out at a restaurant. College, family, friends, I try to live a normal life somewhat and enjoy eating out.
