I usually do 1 teaspoon with my eggs in the morning.
1 hour cardio. 2.5 mph, level 3 incline. Slow and steady!

Thanks, i usually follow high protein. low carb, low fat. now its High protein, moderate carbs, high fats

Don't be too jealous, he's 3 states away and can't ship it across state lines yet. The FDA is very strict with that. I'm thinking of buying one from him and road tripping it back next time I go home.

Keto diets usually work well. They do for me. I just hate having to incorporate carbs back slowly or else you'll blow up lol

Quick update: written on iphone and have to hurry cuz a chica is in the shower n im bout to get some! Ate every 2 hours. Went good till nightime. I had cupcakes then mcdonalds a mcgangbang 10 piece nugget. Large fries. Not too much just enough satisfaction. Also note i am making a log of how many days i can go without "wackin" going to be very hard! If any1 wants to test themselves join the club lol. I did train today 20 min walk. Then i was tired. Too much cardio. Grg bang woooo
