I have been spending alot of time with my son in tball too he had a game sat practice MOnday went to the gym for the first time yesterday in almost 5 days and then we practiced again yersterday all at my son's request,my son is the smallest and I think youngest and was told he has the best swing on the team
and they wanted me to show how I tought him to swing.
back from family vacation my parents 50 year anniversarry
have been to the gym 4 times since contest ended during contest made last month made to gym 3-4 times a week just not getting to gym enough and when get there do not have the time. Alot alot of stuff going on with family financial difficulties have had some help but still alot of stuff and being off work had alot to do to catch up prob will take through Monday next week to catch up.
It was great to be off work a few days and spend time with family like and over that time periond was able to get 1 30 min workout in, still strenght is pretty good about 90% of usual at least for upper body.

possible pros vs bros
long time since 50th anniversary trip w/parents and family back in gym 1-2 weeks steady and a few things at home to deal w/1st.
Interested in bros vs pros contest in Columbia, SC again not sure can make and probably get killed but benching about 330 at 168 lbs have not repped out 225 in awhile but iof going against guys alot bigger than me I will get killed in this for sure.
NOt sure I can make anyway but love to go.

debate in mind
post the Jr Usa and have competed in light wt and small class until masters nats and nats, still love powerlifting but with my limited time
however every time look at results think what could I do this pic was 2weeks out
I was in light weight class had a coach and trainer but had he had 2 light weights
and he brought to bantam and just was way to stringy,lfat at bantam
but every time look at this pic think about it.

another comeback in plans
Still trying to dig out of financial whole. I have a DR's appointment on Friday and see how health just been focusing on healthy eating and basic bodybuilding powertraining bw about 172-173 am estimate. Benching 275 x 7 315x 2 and was squatting pretty good at least for me 325 for a few reps but past month a lot of family stuff and have to conserve for gas in car until payday plus pto cashout/ Thanks to m4 may be able to get something going pending on DR's appointment but feel pretty good physically.001.jpg

last year about
looking at pics working on cleaning diet up little by little up about 10lbs but looked so much better I think002.jpg001.jpg0323141 (2).jpg
last pic today 183 post evening meal
weighed about 170 last year I think.

Thanks Joe D no diet but just eating healthier now above pics were older just observing and looking at
need to clean up diet more have a wedding to go to my sisters coming up and if ever going to compete again next 1-2 years need to get leaner over next few months even if all else just to be leaner.
