Today was running around like an idiot getting ready for tomorrows sales event.
I woke up and decided to measure my waist since I hadn't since I started. Well I shaved 8 inches off that bitch, so were at 36 now, I think when my abs come in it could be 31 or 32, we will see.
After being sick I was off any gas completely I think I may have had some recoil from coming off the T3, I'd like to get back on it, I seemed to handle it well.Confucius say...

Kick ass sales day, wnet very well, but 10 hours of my visiting boss in my way is difficult, but its over.
tonight is cardio, plus some real focus on stretching.
Cooking and freezing meals tomorrow nite, before a date.
For the next 4 weeks I will rosk 3 meals and 2 shakes a day.
Introducing quinoa as an alternate grain to give me something else besides rice.
Gluten free eating does create some challenges with variety.Confucius say...

Today and tomorrow will be rest days, time to regroup, maybe something big on the horizon!

Cooking up some food, getting ready for the next chapter, trying to figure out my eating plan. Have some supps coming soon, so you will see a very diff Mike than you have before. Hoping to make it an epic thread/log/challenge/transformation/etc lol.
I rebounded a bit back up to 214, but a little rest has been nice.
Here's a pic from around this time last year. It was before I knew I was Celiac and I was almost 270lbs at 5'7.5.

Tonight was just some cardio, I hit my treadmill for some low intensity for 30 minutes, still trying to bang out a eating plan, along the lines of mostly protein and fat except for pre and post workout.

Took a mental health day today lol
2 gluten free pizzas
1 large bag corn chips
several coffees with cream n sugar
2 mcdonalds big breakfasts (no english muffin)
2 quarter pounders with cheese n bacon (no bun)
Large fries
2 large cokes
