Well the morning was HIIM-high intensity interval masturbating, night was actual cardio lol
Another 35 min on the treadmill this morning, hitting the weights tomorrow to start the week.
I'm gonna change it up and hit back first, then some light biceps and forearms.
Of course followed by cardio, I'll prob leave my dick alone since I have a date with some strange on Tuesday.
Meat is in the fridge thawing out for cookfest tomorrow as well, then plan is to get all of this weeks meals prepped and ready to go.
I've also started using the reminder feature in my phone to alert me when it's time to eat and take my vitamins. It freaked my staff out since they couldn't figure out why a ring bell was going off.Confucius say...
