You're actually one of the luckiest guys because you have enough bodyfat to make the before pics look bad, and enough muscle mass to burn of the bodyfat completely off...
Personally if I could pick one guy i'd like to be in this comp it would be Mike Rodrigues... I think if you go for it you could make some of the biggest changes
Imagine the bragging rights from winning this comp... especially beating HI, I would be telling everyone if I managed that! lol

Thanks Bro, I appreciate the support. Fat loves me, it didn't take long after I couldn't train and I let my eating go to shit. The Celiac disease is almost a blessing since I cant' it around and eat bread and pasta, and to help heal my intestines I have to get my vitamins in everyday.

Heavy will be absolutely shredded by week 12 , I have no doubt of that,
For me, it's how hard can I push for 12 weeks, staying focused, not wavering from the agenda.
It's pretty simple, cardio, focused executed diet, and high volume lifting.
