Good to hear little one is back, you are a saint for taking care of that many kids! My 4 yr old woke up today with a 102.3 fever, good thing my wife is a nurse I wouldn't know what to do!

If the camera adds 10lbs I must have 3 taking my picture. Damn, serious room for improvement. I lost 1.5" of abdominal circumference this week, I attribute this to the drop in water. IBS makes my guts bloat and swell if I eat something that kicks it off, the trigger foods change but gluten is fairly consistent.

I was lifting 6X raw when I used to PL. My SQ/DL were low 500's and bench was low 400's. Two of my most impressive presses ever were 275lb seated military press for 10 and dips with 135lbs strapped to me. Both lifts were at 240lbs.
The back is relaxed too, I'll get one of me flexing them.Last edited by bad rad; 01-20-2013 at 12:17 PM.

I believe I can fly. I'm 5'10" now, lost 1/2" due to the injuries through the years.
