the bull eso - M4BTEAM SUPER-10 Transformation Journal
i've never done a log before on the computer i always kept a log book during my dieting/bulking phase so i plan on showing everyone some of my old logs as well as blood work that was done a couple months ago after PCT. You will get to see some videos of good lifts, progress pics, food choices and also different things that go on in my life day today. As i stated before in a different thread i dont plan on having dramatic weight loss to get shredded, my plan is to maintain as much muscle as possible while slowly stripping away fat so i can bring the best overall package in.

DIET
Im starting it slowly with nothing too crazy changing up at first just pulling sugar out and making sure i hyper hydrate this first week, changes will come as i feel they are necessary. Protein will be around 300 coming from eggs, chicken, steak, pork, fish, and whey powder. Carbs will vary week to week as i plan on adjusting things to see how my body reacts to different types of carbohydrates and i do not go low carb i love my carbs and i'd rather burn them away then not have them at all. Fat sources will be from egg yokes, steak, evoo, and fish oil

wide grip lat pulldowns
2 handle lat pullldowns SS/ straight arm pullldowns
seated v bar row
wide seated rrow
behind the neck pullldowns
1arm machine preacher 21's
cable skull crushers
20 minutes treadmill
