I know I'll be back in above normal range soon and that's when I grow like a weed, I train hard and add dense muscle so locking the diet down to peel away fat slowly is the real challenge and I plan to do it smart and grow to 215-220.... Time will tell

Test E 500mg

t3 50mcg-cjc&ghrp
Changes:
1.t3 50mcg-cjc&ghrp upon waking up before fasted cardio which i started this week at 30 mins
2.ill be pinning two times a week to keep stable blood levels, my recovery has improved drastically so for certain body parts two training sessions could be in the mix (one compound and heavy, one cable with squeezes higher reps)
3. AM training is in full effect now with fasted cardio and mini workouts for lagging body parts and blood saturation... i believe in working muscles more then once in a week and i love hitting back chest or legs a second time with cables to pump blood and promote recovery(not every week but when i feel necessary)

incline BB 4sets 6-20reps last set 275 with forced reps for 10 slow negatives
flat DB 4sets 115 with help at the end for 10 (need to work on this!)
Rack BB press from dead stop 275,225,185@ end for 17 (drop set)
