Planning first cycle - wanna hear the experts opinion..

Hi I’m planning my first cycle. Test e and anavar
10 weeks of the following:
400mg test e EW: 1-10
50mg Anavar: 4-10
Aromasin 25mg EOD/ letro 0,5-2,5 ED
hCG 250 e4d 2-10

PCT:
Day1-30: 20-25mg Aromasin ED
Day 1-45: 20mg Nolvadex ED


Wanna hear u guys for advice and input.
Also I’m prone to getting gyno, so I’m considering using letro over aromasin. However I don’t know if letro is a better option since it blocks around 50% of estrogene anyways according to this conversation between HI and Jermo.

Take the var out. Just do 500 mg. of test e through all weeks. You're gonna lose your dick with that letro dose too, and no reason to run aromasin with letro. Pick one.

You don't know if you're prone to gyno or not if this is your first cycle, so start with 12.5 mg. of aromasin ed and bump from there if necessary.
If you took letro at 2.5 mg. ed your gf would hate you.

Pct on Nolva and aromasin looks decent.

just do 500 mg weekly of test e. good with anavar choice of blasting last couple weeks..hmmm go with clomid and nolva. use aromasin intra and as pct. get adex or letro JUST in case. don't use it unless you get itchy nips and huge bloat. then continue with aromasin. that shit is so hard on you its terrible. it also hurts the fuck out of your gains and joints.

I have to ask, why only 10 weeks of a long ester? I would definitely do 15 weeks.

As for the AI's I'm not taking both..just asking which you would prefer..obviously I would start with the mildest dose. My idea is to use aromasin, if it isn't sufficient I could use letro as a backup?

I know I'm prone to getting gyno since I have a little from puberty. Therefore I wanna minimize the risks. Also I'll be rather lean (8-10 bf%) when I start.

You make a good point as to the length of the cycle I could go to 12 weeks total.
I'd like to keep the var in the last 6 weeks. Since my goal is to stay relatively lean.
That would also give me a chance to see how the test affecs my body on it's own during the first 6 weeks. - you still think it's a bad idea?

I'm getting more blood work to confirm but Letro is very effective at low dose. On HRT 1.25mgs weekly left me with Estro below measurable levels. Even at 400mgs you might only need 1.25mgs to control it, not crush it.

Drop the letrozole...Aromasin is good but I've found Arimidex to be the best, especially for beginners trying to gauge an awareness for side effects...anavar is EXTREMELY mild, so you can run it with test your first cycle...save the hcg for the 2 weeks leading up to PCT, unless testicular volume is important to you...increase the test to 600...just my personal opinion and input

Arimidex causes estrogen rebound. Aromasin is a suicide compound, killing the estrogen and not just blocking it.

Try 500 mg for 3-4 weeks, then see how you feel. If no gyno, push up to 600mg but that's it. Only use letro if gyno becomes a problem!! Other than that, aromasin all the way, even with pct. clomid with aromasin is a great mix.

I'm aware of that but I'd much rather take a reversible AI like Arimidex than a suicidal one like aromasin...its much easier to get back to optimal levels with adex if you take too much...if you take too much aromasin--your levels will remain lower for prolonger periods....it's just personal perference mixed with broscience ;-)....I've always felt much better on adex...

Rebounding can easily be avoided by tapering

not only adex, any AI will hurt your gains if you use too much. when I say too much I mean going over the top with the T:E ratio. That's why when it comes to AI's, it's of personal preference because some people just need m ore than others. I'm not going to sit here and type the biological explanation that takes too long lmao, if you want to know look it up.

i recommend the changes in red. have the letro on hand just in case. also have some extra nolva on hand. those 2 make a powerful combo. usually all you need is the nolva though if it starts.
