You are right about this. With the condition that all these contenders come in shape. I hope this happens, but I don't see Kai repeating that 2012 shape easily. Cedric, well Cedric is Cedric. We all can agree that he has tons of potential but! Having a full time job at the same time (not even counting in the family) is not in his favor. He needs to come very improved to get in the realm of Phil. Rhoden, is a wild card to me. He had a great year last year but can he repeat? I don't know, and I think it's gonna be hardly impossible for him to beat last years run. Last year he was the flavor of the moment, and those European shows just agree to what the O results say. Except in Dennis Wolf's back yard. Not to take anything away from him. He is a breath of fresh air to a lot of us.
For him to repeat that run he has to at least get second at the O. Mighty challenge that is. And don't count Dexter out. This old man, can still piss on everybody's placings come Olympia time.

Dex is a threat in ANY lineup if he brings what he did to the Masters O Prejudging. I think he no longer looks the the regular O as his show anymore and won't bring this package for it, instead focusing on the Masters like he did this year. For this reason I think he's not too much of a threat (I'v been wrong before) for the Arnold, simply because he competed for almost the entirety of the year last year and has not had significant time to recover (unlike Shawn Rhoden who had a similar schedule and is resting till the O)

you think Dexter wouldn't bring it as best he can to tie Flex Wheeler's record at Arnold classic title? really??

No, he's already got an Olympia title, in his eyes he is better than Flex and has already done things Flex was incapable of so why waste time trying to tie him. Also that argument was more about him prioritizing and peaking for the regular O, vs the Arnold I simply don't think he has the time after he pushed the limits so hard at the Master's O

Yeah, I didn't mean to post it as like it was a new pic, but rather that I just see Kai as Phil's biggest threat. Cedric's great, but Kai and Phil have that 5'8" thickness lol.

Kai is doomed to be 3rd this year with Jay in the lineup (unless he looks like Ronnie 07'). I'm still not 100% convinced Kai can come in perfect again. Remember, outside of 2012, he's never hit the nail on the head at the Olympia.
*Here's to hoping Wolf get's calf implants and Evan starts doing chest with the Westside Barbell Crew...could really shake up the top 3!!
