it all kinda depends man honestly. some people have brands that they like and will stick with, others are ballin on a budget and have to be choosey. There isnt any one right answer.
creatine- any brand...stick with mono...its the cheapest and always works
beta alanine-same as above
whey- use a good quality isolate...species is awesome but pricey
casein- its not for everybody because of the lactose. optimum makes one thats pretty cost effective.
dont get sucked in by the adds....and if you want your questions answered dont ask questions like this anymore. your begging for a non response with this stuff.
now read my interview and rate it 5 stars!!

The best thing is to Train Hard, Eat Properly and get Adequate Rest:
I would recommend protein at 1-1.5grams per pound of bodyweight. Split this up between 6-7 meals. The rest of your calories can be split between fat and carbs. But try to get most of your carbs around your workout: Before, during and after.
As for supps I would recommend BCAA, Glutamine, Creatine, a multivitamin/mineral. If you can't get adeqaute protein from you diet then a quality protein powder.

Fish oil/Omega-3's. Basically as much as your digestive system\wallet can handle.. the benefits are too numerous to describe. Work up to 30 grams a day (Fish oil), eat properly, TRAIN properly and NO refined sugar whatsoever and you will grow like a weed...

Skip the supplements, eat real food as much as possible. Keep it as simple as possible. Depending on how diverse your food intake, the best supplement in a quality multi vitamin.
