My Methylsten log
Background info: I went on vacation to Miami, did a short DNP run for 4 days as soon as I got home and got kind of sick. I had to miss two weeks total from training. I did lose about 15lbs in that time so this pic is me at my worst, but leanest. I have posted much better pics before and plan to surpass those after this run with methyl sten.
210lbs first thing in the morning no pump (I am 5'10)
I was 225lbs a week earlier
Now my blast I just started is the following
700mg test p per week
350mg tren a per week
10iu hgh and 15iu slin ONLY training days (slin pre, gh post workout)
30mg sten ED (I'm buying a second bottle so I can use more than the 20mg that last one bottle)
I am on day 3 today, which is an OFF day from training. Day 1 was Saturday, I trained chest (20 sets). Day 2 I trained back (17 sets). Tomorrow is day 4 and I'll train shoulders.
I was weaker as expected my first two days back the gym, but I expect it to come back quick. I have already put back on a lot of weight I think since I have been eating like a monster for growth. I will post my diet later on, as well as my training program.

Okay bro I'm in for this run. I also think you will get crazy gains from running this
for sure. You should see great results what type of things are you eating right now?
What's your nutrition like? How often do you eat? Are you carb cycling?

My Diet
Training Days (usually MWFSat even though I started on a different day. I will level it out)
Meal 1 (pre workout, wait 1 ½ hours then take humalog)
2 tbsp whey (30/0/0, 100), Egg white liquid (20/0/0/100), 1 cup oats (10/54/6, 300), banana (1/30/0, 110)

Meal 2 (10 minutes after 15iu humalog, intra workout)
3 tbsp whey (45/0/0, 150), 3 1/2 scoops Karbo Load (0/140/0, 560)

Meal 3 (10iu HGH 30 minutes after intra workout shake. Meal 3 60 minutes after HGH shot)

I will be able to tell what sten does because I've run these other doses before. In fact, I've used more.

Screw it, taking 40mg sten instead of 30mg. Mike Arnold recommended that dose for me. Just took a double dose so will be doing 40mg from here on out. Only spent two days at 30mg

i would think at wk2 into this your gonna see some huge gains in size and strength..pretty stout cycle..i have read several of mike's feelings on 30-40mg of m-sten..i know mike and his theories are normally pretty sound..so i will be interested in the results from this..will be following along..

I've done it once before only pre workout. I hear it's the most effective way, so I just do it and drink an intra shake. Plus, that way I can take my gh shot immediately post workout so the timing works out. Since I'm only taking it along with the gh 4x per week, I develop less sensitivity
yea he convinced me that 40mg would be the best dose for me, so I figured what the hell, I'll just buy a second bottle with my own money to do this right.

I use the elite XT sometimes as well. It is a little chalky but tastes just fine to me, and it's fairly inexpensive.
