Trained shoulders today, 20 sets. Looks like I filled back out as I weighed my usual weight this morning again. Didn't take long
Energy in the gym was fantastic today. Might have had to do with some big black dude asking me questions about my goals and stuff because he thought I was big too. Kind of like comparing himself to me, being nice.Last edited by AlphaMaleDawg; 01-29-2013 at 10:06 AM.

My split for this blast (started a little different but will be this starting next week)
M: chest
W: Back/shoulders
F: legs
Sat: bis/tris
Going higher volume than usual. 16-20 sets per bodypart. about 12 for each bis and tris. rep range 10-15

Day 5
Just did 22 sets of legs (quads and hams). Holy crap I'm going to be sore since I haven't trained them in 2 1/2 weeks. Will be the first time in a while they get sore. I feel the sten is really starting to work now. My physique seems to look fuller and denser, and strength is starting to increase. I also slept less the last two nights than usual and still feel super awake and alert. Usually I feel totally worthless on any less than 8 hours of sleep. Day 6
Today is an off day. Again, I didn't sleep as well last night. Well, I slept less and couldn't get back to sleep. I don't feel that sluggish again though. It's weird.
Also, my legs are already pretty sore and will only get worse. This is going to last throughout the weekend probably.
Tomorrow I will train chest, then Sat I will train arms

Day 7
Chest this morning. My strength is fully restored to the way it was. I expect to get stronger over the next week.

They are the liquid egg cartons that I leave in the fridge and they are pasteurized. 100% egg whites in the green container

Day 8
Back this morning, 19 sets and felt great and pumps were insane. Didn't even use gh and slin today but I am only using those EOD.
Woke up at 229lbs this morning

Thanks man. I'm trying to get to my biggest ever with the help of sten. I can feel my appetite has definitely decreased, but I'm still shoveling down the food like crazy. I've actually been eating more than the diet i had listed out above. Something tells me 40mg is the right amount for me

Shoulders, 20 sets total
Another amazing workout. I've been so amped to train and my pumps are insane. Sticking to my normal diet but meal 5 and 6 will be replaced with superbowl food (pizza, wings, etc. in massive quantities)
