Day 11 (biceps & triceps)
My strength is really starting to increase noticeable. My pumps are insane right now (of course slin has a part in that too, just being real).
Also, my appetite has really been decreasing these last couple of days. Yesterday was particularly hard to eat, but of course that's no excuse and I ate what I was supposed to anyway on my off day.
I weighed in at 229lbs this morning FYI, which is a big jump but only because I started so depleted. Technically it's a 5-7lb increase from my usual weight.

Day 12
brutal leg workout. back pumps became severe and hack squats were very uncomfortable. I am taking 5-6g of taurine daily, so I can't even imagine how bad it would have been if I wasn't.
My strength is wayyyy up. It's crazy that my first set for almost everything feels way too light and I could easily do 20 reps. I've had to increase the weights substantially.
I woke up at 235lbs this morning, so weight has really gone up quick
Here is a leg shot I snuck it while at the gym. Sadly, the resolution of the image makes it harder to see how sick my leg veins were looking when I took these

So far almost halfway through. The results so far have been spectacular. Of course I am not going to say humalog has nothing to do with it, because it does. However, this is my first time on Msten, so that is how I know how effective it is. The sides really aren't bad at all either, which is a huge plus

I think so man. Yesterday I combined back and shoulders so I can take today off to recover. Strength increases slowly every workout. Woke up at 232lbs this morning.
I should also mention I am eating about 500 calories more than the diets I had listed out earlier in the thread. Can't help myself.

Day 17
Did legs today. I trained a few times in the last few days too but didn't log it
Strength continues to increase, however I had excruciating back pumps today. I even had to cut my workout short, it was so bad. Walking home a few blocks was absolutely miserable and the second I walked into my apt, I had to lay down on my couch for 20 minutes still sweaty. Holy shit, taurine really doesn't help much with that.

look at your sodium intake..i know you stated in earlier posts that you had bumped food consumption up and most looked as if they were very high in sodium..seems thats were the back bumps started to play into the equation..would make sense seeing that bad back bumps really havnt been a factor in most other loggers..idk there diets per say..but most were clean by what they posted..just an idea..

Thanks for the tip. I am prone to back pumps whenever I put on weight fast. Since I have put on quite a lot of weight in a short time span (combo of food increase, msten, and slin), I'm starting to get it bad. It's only really during leg days though. Otherwise, it doesn't really bother me. After my 15 rep squats, I had to find a seat to sit down between sets. I had to skip hack squats and leg presses. I think I will try squats last next week and hope the other exercises don't activate the back pumps before the squats do. I still had a very efficient leg workout, but couldn't do everything I intended to do.
As far as my sodium intake goes, it's pretty high so I don't think that is the case
