thats the original ingredient panel I believe...what I have is the intrapro isolate-totally different ingredient list. No concentrate, no ecdy, no Turk, no fibersol..

And there it is ! Upon cluster inspection I think I see what the culprit is- in their "lipid complex" there is sodium caseinate-wtf! Pretty dubious!

yeah thats crappy......personally i wouldn't be into drinking thick during a workout, when i'm sweating and working hard i'd like something that resembles just drinking water in terms of consistency

Im finding if i just do one scoop with water as my immediate post workout amino shot it works out alright and actually taste alright. for some reason this stuff just seems to hate milk and turns to sludge when i try and mix it.

Judging by the number of thickeners, emulsifiers etc. I am sure something doesn't agree with the milk lol

daft when are you using the intrapro? if your using it intraworkout.....i picked up a tub of humapro powder...mix half a scoop which is like 13g's of protein based on what alri says, and half a scoop of recoverpro which is a 4:1:1 bcaa powder

my theory is it would give maximium protein synthesis during training since i also take 2 gear preworkout and then post workout 2 humapro tabs and 3 gear, then a shake...it just seems like i'd have an extended period of protein while i'm using the muscles which would replenish everything....so far recovery has been pretty good

I think that sounds like a good combo. I feel one of the biggest things here is speed. Whey protein breaks down fast but not that fast. That is why having an isolate or even better a hydrolyzed whey is a good idea. In your case you have free form aminos so that is about as fast as it gets.

Whey2Build is a staple. I don't think I could ever give it up. It agrees with my stomach and the flavors are amazing.
