Breakfast Sammiches
You wanna talk about Breakfast???
Well, Ok then.
Since I have the attention span of a rabid squirrel on a coke bender, I need to change things up as much as possible. (Not a single crack about the number of women I've dated and am still not married.
Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, so here is a cool way to make a gluten free version of McD's griddles

ingredients
1/2 cup Bob Mill Gluten free pancake mix
1 scoop Whey isolate
3 omega 3 eggs
2 strips Maple lodge farms GF breakfast chicken
1/3 cup water
What to do
Make the pancake batter with 1 egg, water and protein powder, pour in a medium heated pan, I used one of those silicon circle egg rings to keep the shape round.
Use the rings to cook the eggs as well to give you a uniform size. Cook up the chicken bacon.
Assemble and EAT!!!
What you get
1 serving make 2 sammiches
Calories--532
Protein--52g
Carbs--37g
Fat--19.5
Top however you would like, some sugar free syrup, agave or even ketchup.

52g of protein and only 37 carbs. Not bad for something that looks as tasty as that!
