“The Debut” is the new DVD by upcoming professional bodybuilder Ben Pakulski. It chronicles Ben’s debut in the 2012 Mr. Olympia contest in Las Vegas. This is not a training DVD or even a Road to the Olympia type DVD but a more personal reflection on a bodybuilder accomplishing the dream of finally making it onto the stage of the biggest contest in bodybuilding.

I loved this dvd.
Bought it the day it came out and watched it immediately.
Definitely not just another bodybuilding dvd, a very intimate, sit-down-and-chat style story-line following the dreams of Ben and his dad. Very insightful.

I like the sound of this one. Ben is a clever dude, he comes across like a guy who puts a lot of thought into everything he does.
