    Default Spring Plans...suggestions? Help?

March 1st, so Monday marks the time where I start to lean out for summer. Start lowering carb intake and increase cardio time. But of course everyone would want to keep as much muscle as possible that they've gained all winter.

I'm in a better spot than last year, I'm more lean coming into the spring, also not as heavy but I'm happy with my results over the winter. So other than diet and training the supplement regime comes into play.

I plan to start off with:
    Whey2Build
    Ruthless 3b
    Dymatize Creatine
    Ruthless Krill Oil
    NTBM Gear
    Alri Humapro (Pills and Powder)
    AI Sports Recoverpro
    Powerchews BCAA
    Powerchews Glutamine
    NTBM N2Burn
    NTBM N2Slin

Most of the supps are basics and I'm using to hopefully stage off losing any muscle while adding things to keep muscle with little if any extra calories added to the diet.

As I go I also have PES Alphamine and USP OEP on hand but I figured I'd start off with N2Burn as my fat burner because I know what to expect and know it works to get a jump start on shedding some fat rather than having one of those supplements not work for me and be out 4 weeks.

That looks good to me. I cannot think of anything off the top of my head that you may want to add. The only other things I really use as basics other than whats listed above are probiotics and digestive enzymes. Now many may say they aren't really directly geared towards your goals but personally I feel have much better results when my digestion is good.

I honestly never want to go without them again. As long as they are high potency and high quality I feel like I benefit from them.

i also like them...the need for digestive enzymes in the world are going to grow as more and more processed food comes into our diets

This is a valid point. From what I understand our bodies have a much harder time producing adequate enzymes over the years. This is especially true for some like us who requires a large amount due to our food consumption.

yep i heard the same thing...also heard a guy talking about digestive enzymes in our food are being destroyed....so foods that used to be easily digestible are now are harder for us because of the processing of the food

Yes this is true. You add the poor quality of our soil into the mix and you need all the help you can get!

i'm slowly lowering carbs....still eat them in the morning and then post workout at night....cut them out of my lunch so far...most of my carbs are oats, sweet potatoes...things like that, cheat meals on friday nights...had a double burger but the buns were grilled cheese sandwhiches, it's called the you vs food burger...felt like death afterwards but it was good

as we go i'll be replacing my oats in the morning with more international egg whites/organic eggs and i've also been throwing in tuna in the morning, it sounds gross but eggs upset my stomach sometimes and lean ground turkey is disgusting after you eat it all the time

my girlfriend this morning said the V in my stomach looks like it's cut deeper so thats making my feel good and the middle of my chest looked good today after i showered....but that could be because i needed to eat

down 4 lbs from last time i weighed myself which was about 2 months ago haha, but i've been cutting for 3 weeks now, even though last week kind of doesn't count since i was sick and didn't make it to the gym or pay attention to the diet all that closely

out of n2burn for now, using a half bottle of oep in the meantime until i get more n2burn
