    i love 1,3 in my preworkouts....as a fat burner it's a nice addition, at least i know i'll be energized but i've had equal success with non 1,3 fat burners as i have with 1,3 fat burners.....so it's not a deciding factor when i'm picking out fat burners

    it was....i love the burgers from that place though, usually my buddy and i get 3 and split them...the black and bleu burger is the best i've had, only can eat them like once a month

    i'm logging in osta rx at the moment....but i also just closed on my house so diet and even the gym has been tough....however even with less than stellar training sessions i've had multiple sessions of moving dressers, beds, kitchen tables etc up and down multiple floors and things...so i'm not totally stressed out about the gym at the moment, as i type this i just got finished moving all my things from my apartment to my house so i'll be back to a normal training schedule tomorrow

    I just moved two weekends ago so I know the feeling. Congrats on the house though! Osta RX should go well with your other supplements and your effort to cut.

    thank you....yeah this is week 2 of the osta so hopefully i'll start seeing some decent effects from it

    it's amazing how well n2slin has helped so far, i've been able to keep carbs in my diet more than last year and i'm still seeing some nice leaning out results

    I'm up about 2lbs so far, this is the start of week 3....the main thing i've noticed was or is the ability to really feel the squeeze of the movements in the gym

    I don't think i'll be gaining crazy weight or anything since my calories and carbs are on the light side

    The Osta should help you lean out a bit too I would imagine. Ive used it twice and like it.

    yeah thats what i understand as well....its also why i haven't been taking a fat burner with it, let the osta, along with diet and training do what it can

    i have a bunch of fat burner samples and a bottle alphamine to try out after the osta is done

    may grab a bottle of n2burn to have on hand just in case, since i have experience with it

    doesn't have to do with training, diet, or supplements.....but it's about that time to work on the tan, they say you look leaner and even though i won't tan in a bed i must start staying outside more often
