My weight is slowly going back down after a week of re-feeding lol, gotten some pretty good and painful pumps these past few days from all of the carbs! Continuing to increase the volume with more reps to stay sharp! Training traps, hamstrings, chest, and upper back today

Measurements are in! Only 1% higher than I was on stage and still have 3 weeks til Jr USA! Super excited! Weight is up 5lbs, but measurements are still low, such a great feeling! Hitting those quads today!

Only 2.5 weeks until Jr USA's! Training shoulder, hamstrings, upper back, and rear delts. Still zigzagging the carbs, seems to work well for me having a low carb day every other day, then spiking them on the weekends for a huge hormone cascade. Luckily, today is a regular carb day.....I really need them!

2.5wks! WOOOT! I too am a fan of carb cycling..especially towards the end of prep, it tastes and feels AMAZING!

Training those quads today! Going with some high volume super sets, gotta come in sharp for nationals
4-50 reps sled
super set: 30 extentions with 30 weighted plie squats (5 sets)
Gotta burn them in!
Going for low carb day number 2 in a row. The scale is not my friend this week Although my body fat measurement is low, the scale reads that I am 5lbs higher than I was at the same body fat before the Michigan a few weeks ago. Just matters how I look anyways but still the weight is still baffling me!

Just 6 more days til Jr USA! So excited for my first national show! Such an honor to compete against some of the top women! My weight is up 2lbs from one week out from the Michigan 4 weeks ago, but my BF is the same! Wow! I look a little sharper too, eating those extra meals right after the Michigan really made a difference!

Training hips, forearms, traps, and hamstrings this morning....going for low carb days today and tomorrow. Added some chicken to my meals, gotta keep that muscle! Happy training everyone!
