Mi40?

Hi guys, I have just started really following Pak Mans career and really like his youtube vids. He has a training system called MI40.

Has anyone bought it? Is it worth getting?

Keen to hear your thoughts.

I got it a year ago and have learned a great deal for it. I would say 80% of what I do in the gym is based on his stuff. I think I bought it for $50 and it was well worth it. It has 21 videos (I'm including the bonus ones) and they are all 10-20 minutes in length. Lots of good tips and approaches to various exercises. Heck, if it wasn't for his tips on training calves I'd have never gotten them to start growing. I hope this helps.

I purchased the system for about $50 as well. The information is worth the money. i picked up some nutrition tips and training tip that have served me well.

Lots of "Charles Glass" type training tips about different angles and proper ways to fully stimulate the muscles at work. Good, solid product.

Love it. Almost all of my training comes from MI40 in one way or another.

He runs a sale on it every so often. He just had one following his Arnold placing. I'd say subscribe to his email list. He doesn't spam too often and he announces such deals through there.

Charles Glass doesnt get the credit he really deserves..most of these "new" training systems etc you see are based off of Charles's ideas from many many years ago..guy is a mastermind of training..

I bought it about a year ago. I love it. A bunch of great tips. Ben has more of a "thinking man's" take on things which suits me fine. Come to think of it, I used a rear delt tip yesterday that is really cool.
