I can't get past the horrible music at the start! What is with guys posing to sappy, slow, girly music? It seems to put everyone in the audience to sleep even if the routine is good. The Olympia was horrible for that! Hard to get the crowd into it when the music is soooo slow.

Incredible routine!

Of course he's not as agile now at such a heavy weight, some of the old routines were insane, but he can still stand on his head which is pretty impressive at that weight! He also knows how to play to the crowd better than anyone else. Imagine if all bodybuilders posed like this, the sport would certainly draw a much bigger crowd.

I lost a lot of interest for this guy after what happen with Ron norman.

He is a great bodybuilder.

Ive said it time and time again I think that Kai Greene is one of the best pros out
there for sure. He really should be considered one of the greats one day the guy
has so much fun on stage and it shows in his routines. Great bodybuilder

It's a loooong story... Here's some cliffs:-

Basically Ron prepped Kai but Kai told everybody it was George so Ron told everybody it was him so Kai called him a parasite so Dave stole Ron's phone and posted all the messages from Kai asking for advice from Ron about everything from pooping to sodium levels.... Phew!

I say he does at least one if not two shows before the Olympia. These guys need to cash in while they can and Kai could earn himself a few nice paychecks for basically just showing up. A top 2 or 3 spot is not guaranteed at this year's Mr. O ESPECIALLY with Jay, Victor and a few other players showing up.

Cash in while you can. This ride ain't lasting forever.
