4.5 and 6.5 out. Posing has come along. Wt is actually up for some reason. Training is going well. Hut below knee rack pulls at 455x15 beltless yesterday. Coulda hit 20.
On keto now so pumps are nonexistent. Im getting run down so im napping at lunch.

Flat, but that's to be expected. Back appears to be ahead of the front, but it'll even out im sure. I think you're the only other person besides me whose weight increases on keto haha

Been absent but want to thank everyone for support. Things are moving skong. Being my first prep, im amazed at the seemingly hourly changes. Crazy. I look comoketely different today than I did on sunday.
