Pre Contest Diet
Don't know if this is the right thread, and my questions are lame, but some input on pre contest diet would help as I have read some good nutrition stuff in this thread. Follow a lot of Layne Norton's suggestions and notice his answer to questions I have is something like "everyone's different" or "it should be fine in moderation." But maybe some experience prep people can simply say if the below seems generally solid or seems like something is off.
Stats:
-5'8', 45 years old, training since teens, and doing first show.
-starting weight was 202, after "dieting" for 4 weeks to estimate BMR. I maintained at 2500 kcal so cut to 2000 kcal.
-weight after 4 weeks of "official diet" at 2000kcal: 192.
-Goal: 176
-now 9 weeks out from show, but don't look much leaner
Calories: 2000; 45/40/15
Bulk of my protein calories are egg whites, chicken, lean fish, 96% Trader Joes Beef, 1 or 2 whey isolate and/or casein shakes a day.
Carb sources are old fashioned oats, sweet potato, lots of vegetables, one banana per day, and ezekial style bread
fats: incidental from foods, eggland's best eggs, or 1 tbsp natural pb per day
cardio: 30 minutes 6 days week
Questions:
1. I know it is hard to answer (maybe impossible), but in general do the calories and macros seem within the general norm 9 weeks at my weight? I seem to do better on lower fats.
2. Two things I eat that people tell me to drop are Walden Farms ketchup and their dressings (2-3 servings of Walden/day) and Flax seed bread 2-3 slices per day (nutrition posted below). Is it a bad idea, again generally speaking, to eat Walden Farms and the sprouted bread?

First and foremost congrats on doing your first show thats really exciting bro. I think
that your questions are legit and to me your macros seem to be on point with where
they should be for your age and weight. I would add some more healthy fats though...
