crawfBigG's OstaRx Log
My bottle showed up in the mailbox today. Always nice to get the mail and see IML goodies in there! Thanks to IML for giving me the opportunity to log one of their great products. I have used quite a few so far and liked them all.
I used OstaRX once before back in November of last year. It was like a slow steady building kinda run. Quietly I got a little stronger, and got a little leaner as well, along with great pumps at the gym. I'm hoping this time it goes about the same. Keep diet and training in check and I expect nothing less. Gains like this are easy to keep, that is one great thing about OstaRx.
I plan on doing three caps a day. Morning, mid-day, and one more with last meal.
Current stats:
Age: 42
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 203.6
I ran some SuperDMZ 2.0 about a month ago. I was up to 213.6 at my highest after three weeks, broke some personal PRs, then tweaked my back pretty good and had to give it a rest for a couple of weeks. I immediately went low carb diet and just decided to try to burn some fat while I healed up. I have been back training now about two weeks. Getting my strength back, and it feels good to be able to work out hard again.

I love the slow steady 100% keep-able gains on Osta Rx. Solid product overall.
Have fun brother!

Thanks for checking in!
Had me a bigazz cheat yesterday. My calories have been super low where I wasn't active there for almost like 3 weeks. It's time to get the metab revved back up now that I can train again. I reassessed my macros today and set up a new diet.
Calories Protein Carbs Fat 2900 300g = 1200 calories 200g = 800 calories 100g = 900calories
Which became this:
Protein Carbs Fat Calories Food Meal 1 44 50 24 552 eggs - 4whole, 2 whites, oat bran - 1/2 cup Meal 2 34 7 4.5 234 chicken 6oz, saurkraut - 1cup, kale - 1oz Meal 3 32 5 15 290 cod 6oz, broccoli slaw 1 cup , olive oil - 1 tbsp Meal 4 55 12 23 485 Shake 2 scoops whey iso, almonds Meal 5 44 58 23 612 eggs - 4whole, 2 whites, oatmeal - 1 cup PWO 37 7.5 5.5 230 Shake 1.5 scoops whey iso Meal 6 50 44 10 410 beef or chicken 8oz, rice 1 cup Totals 296 183.5 105 2813
I'll see how that treats me for a while and adjust from there. Today I did a light shoulders, calves and some extra abs session. 15 minutes HIIT cardio afterward. I have switched to trying to do more HIIT like cardio after listening to Muscle College Radio. I'm sure I'm not hitting it as hard as they describe but it is kicking my ass and is a world away from LISS.

The back is almost normal again. Well at least what I call normal. It blows out about once or twice a year, usually setting me back for about 3-4 weeks. Gotta stay on my core work, perfect form, and add weight to the bar slowly. I got maybe a little carried away, but hell you never get anywhere if you don't challenge yourself...bad back or not. Thanks for droppin' in.

Thanks!
Was running late tonight, got to the gym dragging ass from not much sleep last night and a rough day at the office, lol. Still managed a pretty good workout despite all this. Maybe some OstaRx assistance..... probably....
Squats after some light leg ext. and leg curls (haven't done anything heavy in like 6 weeks so I thought I would test the waters a little)(heavy for me anyways, lol)( below parallel and very slow on the negative portion)
135x10, 185x6, 225x4, 275x3, 295x3, 315x1, 325x1
All these sets were pretty easy, but I didn't want to go overboard, felt real good though. Got a really good pump on minimal reps.
SLDLs
135x10, 185x8, 205x8
Wide Grip Chins
10, 10, 9
And that's all folks. Short workout but it felt good. Slowly rebuild my confidence and see where I and OstaRX can go in the next few weeks. Does this stuff enhance your mood? I seem in a better mood all of a sudden, even though things have been crazy around me. Off tomorrow from the gym, do some more cooking probably after work. Be back soon.

Another crazy day today. I'm not even going to go into it. More importantly let's discuss the fun stuff... Weight this morning: 201. Did basically a bunch of upper body stuff tonight. Also forgot to mention I do like 15 minutes of HIIT on my bike every morning except Saturday. Also on my diet I have increased the 1 oz of almonds to 2 oz, and I didn't include that I consume about 300 calories a day in coffee/creamer. I am a coffee freak, have been for years. (Not that anyone gives a shit about all this, I just like to lay it all out there, makes me feel like I'm being honest with myself, ignore all this crazy shit, lol)
Bench Press:
185x3, 205x3, 225x3, 245x3, 265x1, 275x1, 285x1
Dips:
1x12, +25x10, +45x10, +70x8, +90x5
Tricep Presdowns
140x12, 180x12, 220x8, 220x8
Side lateral raises
3 sets of 12
Wide Grip Pulldowns
3 sets of 10
Seated Supinated DB Curls
3 sets of 10
Really good pump tonight. Went in draggin' ass, came out feeling good. Lovin' the Osta so far!

It seems many of us have low back issues, trying to press heavy loads of weight for years on end, I guess something has to give at some point. It's nice to know it ain't just me if that makes sense. Speaking of which, this morning got up, felt good, slept good, about ten minutes into my day, making some coffee, all of a sudden cramp on the left side of my low back. Which immediately led to various expletives and equaled no cardio this morning. No biggie though, it loosened up throughout the day. Took today off from the gym, and did some cardio at home this evening on my bike. Hopefully back at it tomorrow. And the mood thing is awesome.
