Weight: 200. Just some quick notes this morning. Mowed last night instead of gym. My yard is out of control, I just mowed like 4-5 days ago! My weight though, WTF? I have been eating more and more. Not huge jumps or anything but I went beyond what I originally stated as increases this week. Meat meals increased to 7 oz., added an extra whole egg to egg meals, full cup of oats/oatbran at the scheduled times opposed to 1/2 cup, even kicked in a little fruit here and there. Some strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries a couple of times this week. Yet my weight is going to land exactly as last week it appears?! I guess just see where I am in the morning and compare. I try to just take the week to week analysis and not freak on the every day weigh in, but I can tell I ain't gaining anything this week. Maybe it's just a positive fat/muscle body recomp via the anabolic environment of increased cals + OstaRx! That's my theory and I'm sticking to it, lol. We'll just kick them up another notch and see what happens. Back, Traps, and Bis tonight, be back soon....

Got the back workout in tonight. Was pretty tired going in the door, long week... managed a decent workout. Did a bunch of stuff I don't usually do. Namely seated low pulley rows, why I never do these, I don't really know, but I did tonight, also DB Bent Rows inspired by AsIlayDying's log, I have maybe done these one or two other times in my life. They were kinda awkward feeling, did my best to get some solid reps and good contractions out of it.
One Legged Hyperextensions
4 sets, 3 with a 25 lb. plate
Seated Low Pulley Rows
4 sets
DB Bent Rows
5 sets
Nautilus Upper Back Machine
3 sets
Barbell Shrugs
4 sets
Preacher Curls
4 sets
DB Concentration Curls
4 sets
Nothing groundbreaking but managed a damn good pump in my lats, middle and low back. The shrugs and biceps were so-so. Every workout can't be the best you've ever had, life, work, level of rest the night before, etc. have an effect sometimes. I still feel I got some decent work in though, especially on back. One more day of Osta left...

Nice work.. your right not all workouts can be the "best ever" but even the bad ones are better than a missed one..
Ever try dead stop DB rows ? They always feel much better for me..
I feel ya on the grass.. im goin to have to start cutting every 5 days.. mother nature inspired cardio..lol
Great log and keep killing it

Thanks Last!
No on the DB Dead stops but have done it on Barbell Rows, love those..
So today is the last day of Osta, not going to the gym today, weight was 202.6 today so I did gain a couple of pounds this week! I was up late last night for me, 11pm lol, I squeezed in an extra meal, that might be the cause, who knows, whatever the reason I'll take it!
Mostly just chimed in today to say thanks again to IML and HI for picking me to log OstaRx. Osta is a solid product that anyone can use without worry of having to get AIs and PCT, yet it is still very effective for gaining lean mass or maintaining muscle while leaning out.

Weight: 204.4. Cheat day boost! So I thought I would put in one more post. I only took two Osta yesterday, and finished it off with one this morning pre w/o. s2h, I did that leg workout you described today. Warmed up with a little light leg curls and leg ext., then hit the leg press High and Wide, brought over a ball and did the supersets. Frog presses and Humpers! After doing a few sets of the Humpers I def get the name...lol. This kicked ass, literally! My glutes and hams were totally pumped... I added weight each set which in turn made the Humper follow up that much harder! I could really feel these...
Frogs and Humpers
7 sets of 15 reps each - the last set was heavy, I wrapped my knees for this one, by the end of the Humpers my low back and glutes were cramped...I basically was finished after this!
I tried to do some reverse hypers after but only managed a couple of crappy sets, I was getting cramps all over my legs, especially the nerve damaged one, so I stopped.. did some stretching...
Leg Press Calves
4 sets of 50 - this felt really good and let my back rest while my calves were ready to explode!
Short and sweet but I feel it was very effective, glad to have a new Hammie assault variation. The contributions I have received from this board are tremendous, I appreciate all the tips and also all the content people put up, it has helped me a TON!
