Nice sweep and definition on the quads bro...and those calves are densely knotted. Good size on the arms too. 6 weeks should give you ample time to dial in shredded. What's the diet, training and cardio look like right now at 6 weeks out?

Keto Diet with a weekly refeed. I have been throwing in a couple pro/veggies days in. Training heavy,,1 bodypart per week.. Abs almost daily. Cardio 20 mins fasted 3x per week. Then 1 hour PWO

Thansk bro... In a past thread you recomended to me to do my refeed(high GI) as 2 meals instead a large "cheat meal".. I started that a while back and seems to have made a huge difference. Thanks
