WWE Legend , the Iron Sheik supporting my training T Shirt
As a 12 year old kid it wasn't guys like Arnold that inspired me to start bodybuilding .... it was Pro Wrestlers like the Iron Sheik , Jimmy Snuka , Backlund and Muraco .
The Iron Sheik went city to city with his heavy Persian Clubs challenging anyone , from Bodybuilders to Olympic weight lifters to Strongmen , football players and other Pro Wrestlers . No one swung his Clubs , let alone for the reps he did .
Of course , like other athletes and fans of Pro Wrestling , I was in awe of these amazing feats of strength , mobility and coordination so in 2004 when I began training with a focus on Wrestling / grappling I immediately looked into the training ways of the great Iranian and Indian Wrestlers . Recently I began designing my own T Shirts showing myself swinging these heavy Clubs and Kettlebells . Well, here is a huge thrill for me ...The man who used and promoted these heavy clubs world wide holding up my T Shirt . To some it may not seem like a big deal , but to a someone like myself it is an honor , especially considering it was on Wrestle Mania weekend !! I hope you Pro Wrestling fans enjoy it .Last edited by KTTraining; 04-10-2013 at 01:32 AM.

He was a great heel, had the crowd in the palm of his hand, everything from eye pokes to loading his famous boots.

A ripped guy who eats a pizza, then does an hour of cardio is still ripped.
A fat guy who eats a pizza, then does an hour of cardio is still fat.

He really was one of the best heels . There are a lot of great amateur wrestlers that became successful in Pro Wrestling but only a few had the total package . Sheik was definitely one of them .
Mike , Sheik has to give credit for the boots to Superfly Snuka . He is the one who told him to get boots made like that . Jerry Lawler is the one who drew the Shah on his Iranian flag . Both helped him tremendously .Last edited by KTTraining; 05-19-2013 at 01:55 AM.
