i want to do a show in 24 weeks!!! need diet help
weight 314 bodyfat 15-20 ht 6'1
Need help with my diet I need to fix something's up!!
last time I diet with success was in 2009. I'm looking to get ripped for the summer! Here is my diet. I'm 314 right now looking to get to 250
Meal 1
6 whole eggs
Meal 2
8 oz chicken
1 cup green beans
Meal 3
8 oz chicken
1 cup green beans
Meal 4
8oz ground turkey
Small. Advacodo
Meal 5
8oz ground turkey
Advacodo
Meal 6
3 scoops
2oz cashews

Keto Right off the bat? Do you think thats needed? throwing up some pics to let us see exactly where you're at would likley help.

Your body changes so what worked once may not work again. Have you ever dieted using more carbs? If not it may be worth a shot to start out with carbs, go to keto to trim of the last of the fat, and then maybe add some carbs back in at the end. At the very least if you plan to go keto your cals are awfully low to start. Where do you go when you plateau? I bet you could add quite a bit of cals and still get results. That will give you some cals to play with when you do plateau. Either add carbs or at the very least have a decent amount of fat at each of your meals. Two of your six meals are only pro/veggie and you look like you are only at around 2100 cals.

Like the other guys said....cals seem pretty low...will it work if there low...yes...but what are you losing?...that's the question...your supp plan also factors into your diet...along with training and cardio...I weigh allot less then you and cut around 3000 cal range...if its in your range I would say hire a prep coach...Scooby that posted in here above is a good choice..

It's hard to say without seeing pics and knowing what you had been doing prior to starting this prep. I would simply knock 500 calories off what you were doing. Get 300 to 350 grams of protein and the rest fat (divided by 6 meals). I still am not a fan of keto right out of the gate....I like at least some carbs peri workout.

not offended at all.lol most recent pic i got.. i was 325-330 there... right now i am about 314-316 but i am pretty sure not a big difference. just wanted to give you guess an idea what i am looking like. i am trying to get back in shape. last time i step on stage i was 215 that was in 2009.. so i dont know where i will land now
