WOMENS PRO FITNESS

BETHANY CISTERNINO: great tan…… symmetry is beautiful. Tiny waist…. Not the biggest onstage, but certainly the most aesthetic and beautiful to look at

REGIANNE DA SILVA: shredded abs as usual…. Lover her hair and makeup….beautiful ….. conditioning is point on…… will be tough

NICOLE DUNCAN: best she’s looed in a while…… tight wasited… legs are showing separation. Glutes are tight (can be a little tighter)

RYALL GRABELL: ripped abs. shoulders can be a little more capped. Conditioning is good. Tan excellent

AMANDA HATFIELD: good leg separation. A little wide waisted. Tan is a muddy.

WHITNEY JONES: good quads…. Good back width…glutes and hams are tight…….. not as structurally good as some of the other top girls

SOMKINA LIUDMILA: tiny ripped waist. Good quad sweep ….impressive overall look…can be darker tanned

DIANA MONTEIRO: great tan (from Brazil)….. one of the more muscular girls. Beautiful hair and makeup. Great glutes…. Like her!

BABETTE MULFORD: super dark tanned…… maybe too much? Great conditioning….glutes are tight……..

KIZZY VAINES: from UK…… conditioning can be tighter… very attractive.

IFBB PRO MENS BODYBUILDING

BAITO ABBASPOUR: super thick quads… great separation.. striated glutes. Crazy twisting back shot. Great tan… sick hams/glutes.. powerful back double biceps. This guy is dangerous! Very dangerous!

JAIME ATIENZA: good biceps… thick calves… lots of muscle…….. the flow of his muscle groups is a little strange. A little thick waisted. Crazy back double biceps. Striated glutes!

MO BANNOUT: smaller than we’ve seen him. Huge arms. Not as shredded as we’ve seen him before. Legs look like they’re down in size too… good hands together most muscular

DAINIUS BARZINSKAS: Lithuania…… not really packing the size that the other PROS are…. Conditioning is good…. But legs are down in size.

TONY BREZNIK: good side triceps…. Glutes and lower back too soft……. Good arms… lacks the wow factor………. Needs more mass……………good delts..

JOHNNIE JACKSON: super thick upper body….. crazy pecs and arms. Crazy thick back. Great side chest.. calves are always a weakness for him. Glutes can be tighter……. I’ve seen him harder in lower body

MIKE KEFALIANOS: wearing dream tan…looks terrible…… conditioning is good….. shredded…..not sure why he opted for that terrible tan……. Too flat Need a cheeseburger and fries terribly!

JEFF LONG: good tan. Harder than I’ve seen him in a long time. Freaky calves. Glutes are striated.. best conditioning he’s brought to date. Powerful side poses. Cross striated quads….top 5 for sure!

VINCENET SANTA MARIA MARTINEZ: Spain…… legs are very weak… small. Thick delts, pecs, arms. Obviously a lower weight class competitior……. Very tough to stand next to these other monsters

CEDRICK MCMILLAN: freaky front double biceps….. maybe a little too oily… but conditioning is much better than at Arnold. Crazy side poses. Freaky back double biceps. Striated glutes….. powerful most muscular shots.. The best we’ve seen

ZAHER MOUKAHAL: legs are too small…..and not hard enough……. Upper body conditioning is good… good side triceps.. needs more leg mass

AN NGUYEN: structurally one of the best….. impressive front double biceps…. Powerful side chest. Conditioning can be dialed in a little more (especially glutes/hams0………but much better than we’ve seen him in his last outing. A little “flat’ too….would like to see the muscles “pop” a little more

ED NUNN: good front double… like the side triceps. Glutes striated…… a little flat however …. Back is not jumping out. His posing is not very fluid either. I’d like to see him fuller

ROBERT PIOTRKOWICZ: Always shredded. A little flatter today but certainly more sliced…. Freaky crazy conditioning…… good back double. His lack of fullness may hurt him however. Great tan and oil.

RONNY ROCKEL: from Germany! good front double….. much tighter than we’ve seen him. Good back double….. a little flat but he obviously went for a more conditioned look.. great tan and crowd favorite!

DANIEL TOTH: quads are cross striated… thick delts. Thick upper back……….huge lump in his left glute… hamstrings are shredded.
