400mg T for life

I would like to know if i'd be fine for the next 30 years or so on 400mg Test without donating blood? Has anyone been on this dose for a while?

Without donating blood, doubt it. Could be possible but higly doubt it....

How in gods name would anyone know the answer to this? Are you really depending on someone you've never met to predict your future and tell you it's okay?


I say something along the lines of 200mg would be more suitable but I would still get bloodwork done and check ups if you plan on staying on forever.

400mg we is eventually gonna cause you issues....donating or not...at that dose you will require a AI...the long term use of the AI along with that dose will play havoc on your hdl/ldl...and as you get older you will require even a higher AI dose....as men age past 40 the conversion of test to estrogen increases...

There are some decent long term studies on HIV positive men that have used these long term...and there were issues...

Yeah I'm no Dr (surprising, I know) but I would guess staying on 100mgs year round and running the occasionally 500-700mg blast would be healthier than just rocking 400mgs till you die.

its a terrible idea even with donating blood. 400mg ew should put you way out of range for a young guy. as you get older it gets worse. i wouldnt do it on a perma basis. maybe from 30-40 or something with a close eye on health but eventually your going to want to get the dose down a lot.

i think 200-250 would be a much better dose and get bloods done so u can have least amount of AI possible when cruising

400 is a cycle, not a cruise. Blast from time to time on that dosage, but cruise on 100-150mg a week.

Some people run cycles for 12 weeks.. this guy wants to run one the rest of his life hahaha. I'm just not sure I understand why anyone would want to do this. There are enough health implications from taking 200mg/week

It seems the consensus is 200mg or less weekly is the only reasonably safe zone. I'm glad ppjay started this thread. This one and a couple other threads here recently have changed my opinion and approach to my HRT....
