06-25-2013, 09:48 AM #16Day 10 of PCT & have been battling the Norovirus for the last 3-4 days. I've lost 8.7lbs due to not being able to keep anything down & have missed my last four gym days. Needless to day I'm very dehydrated. I hope to have a better update this coming week.

07-09-2013, 12:21 PM #17Just wrapped up week 3 of my PCT. I've gained back about 7 of the almost 9lbs I lost from being sick. My overall strength gaines have seem to of leveled off but my endurance is till in place. The boys are still hanging low & my libido is still in check. No signs of any gyno aftermath do to bouncing back, but once again I've never been prone to it. I will be doing this very same cycle in the future, very fortunate to have stocked up on the Cyano before it was no more.
Once again here is my exact PCT protocal;

My Next Run, Another IML/BSL Combo
So here's what I'm thinking for my next run which is about 6wks out. The idea behind this cycle is lean body mass gains, with strength being the #1 driving force. It will layout as follows.
Weeks 1 - 8

Ready Set Go
Started my Alpha-1Max/Trenabol/Epi-Andro (+ other things) cycle yesterday & decided to add Osta @ 1cap e/d for my first 4wks of PCT. So there's nothing to report yet.
On a side note I've been talked into doing a BBing show mid year 2014. This will be one hell of a challenge as Power Lifting is how I've gotten down all my life. I made the decision to pick up a PT for the next 6-9 months to head me in the right direction. Outside of the different style of weight training & learning how to pose, the diet will be my biggest challenge. My goal in the next 6 months will be to perform a clean bulk to around 300lbs. At which point I will perform a slow cut to show day around 260lbs @ 4-6% BF. Once again this strict diet shit scares the hell out of me!!!!! Yesterday was my first day @ 6,000clean cals e/d & 400g of protein. I'm already hating on brown rice, chicken, fish, broccoli & avocados!!! LOL.
All that being said I will keep everyone posted on my progress every 2-3days.

08-19-2013, 09:40 AM #22So I'm one week in & I can already feel the pump from what I believe is the Alpha-1 Max!!!! The hit from this stuff reminds me of our Metha-Drol!!! That being said I'm also on the Epi-Andro so I know it's a combination of.
My sense of well being is through the roof right now & my libido is in overdrive. Can't tap enough tail right now, feel like I'm 17 again!!!!!! Nothing else to report in the way of sides beings I'm only a week in.
So my new bodybuilding routine is a 6d split & this $hit is breaking me off. I feel like some newb, in my 6d split I did 2 exercises that I've ever done in the past world as a competitive power lifter. Some of the $hit was half embarrassing, like doing single leg dumbell deads. I was only using an 80lb DB and was falling all over myself!!!
Anyways, I'm pretty stoked to see how this cycle/BBing thing develops. I have high expectations

08-28-2013, 08:36 AM #23I've surpassed the 2 week mark and this Epi-Andro/Alpha-1 Max combinaton is hitting on all eight cylinders. My endurance is up & my strength seems to be on the rise. I've run IML cycles over the past 4yrs & have never seen one hit this hard right out of the gate.
For sides I've got some minor back pumps (which I like), some acne on the shoulders (like 6 zits total, which is a lot for me), & my libido is completely out of control. It's almost a got damn problem, lol!!!
Smashing plates, still adjusting to the BBing style of training. Roughly 3 weeks in & I'm noticing that it's a lot easier on the joints over power lifting. My abs are stating to pop along with some veins that I never knew existed.
Diet lays out like this, which I officially started Monday before last;
Meal 1: 10 scrambled egg whites, 3 servings cream of rice or 1 cup oatmeal, 3 rice cakes, 24oz water
Meal 2: 6oz skinless grilled chicken breast, 1 cup grits, 6oz yams, 1 cup of steamed asparagus, 24oz water
Meal 3: 6oz tuna, 1 cup brown rice, 1 sliced cucumber, 24oz water
Meal 4: 6oz perch fillet, 1 cup barley, 6oz baked potato, 1 cup steamed green beans, 24oz water
Meal 5: 6oz pork tenderloin, 1 cup brown rice, 6oz sweet potato, 1 cup peas, 24oz water
Meal 6: 10 scrambled egg whites, 3 servings cream of rice or 1 cup oatmeal, 24oz water
The biggest challenge with the diet has been just getting tired of eating the same thing over & over again. I pays to get creative here.

09-12-2013, 10:30 AM #244 Weeks under the belt at this point this run thus far has surpassed all my expectations!!!!! My endurance level is at an all new high with this cycle/routine. That being said I've been able to add a few additional exercises on any given day. I believe the majority of the strength/endurance increases are coming from the Alpha-1 over the Epi-Andro. Not 100% sure as this is a first time run with both of these products??
I've put on 6lbs to date & with the combination of clean foods & bodybuilding routine I'm the leanist I've ever been. Have a solid six pack in place with the hint of 8. Have muscles popping in my upper back & lats that I never knew existed. My best guess on BF is in the 10-12% range, based purely on curb appeal.
As for sides outside of back pumps (manageable) & a run of acne (like 6 zits on my shoulders) last week, there's no a whole lot to report. Zero tenderness in the nips, remembering I'm less prone to gyno sides than most others.
All that being said I'm very excited for things to come on this cycle & highly recommend it to those who have a few under the belt. Will continue to keep everyone posted as things progress.

09-25-2013, 08:39 AM #256 weeks down & I'm feeling the full force from this cycle!!!!! I've had peeps come up to me on a daily basis & notice the transition my body has gone through from this cycle & BBer style of training. The compliments have changed from your a big cat to your cut & lean. I've got symmetry which as a PLer wasn't anything I ever thought or cared about.
I have put on 8.5lbs of lean mass. I don't feel like I've put on an ounce of body weight with this cycle & Diet. I'm real curious to see what's happens post PCT. I've got high expectations of maintaining all my gains.
Still no real sides to report. The minor back pumps have gone away & the acne has been minimal. Libido is still on point & there's no tenderness in the nips.
Started pose training a few weeks ago & I never realized that there was such a science behind all of that. I feel a bit akward doing but gotta learn.
Will get another log entry in here next week. Right now I couldn't be more than happy with how things are progressing.

on img lab benched 330 at 173 can post video
really interested I am doing a usapl bench meet 1st but then going start again w/img labs and do powerlifting have lifted raw and in shirt will start log again post this usapl meet I should be ok not taken any iml or blackstone in a while.
Would love to contribute this way have a few state bench press in shirt records one national record in 2 ply shirt.

The transition my body has gone through with this cycle, diet & going from a long history of Power Lifting to Bodybuilding is the biggest change I've gone through in the last 19yrs of pounding plates!!!
Have put on right at 11lbs lean mass & have held that gain for the first 1.5 weeks of my PCT. I can't ever remember being this lean since the first day i ever picked up a barbell. The mirror tells me I'm sitting somewhere around 10-12%BF.
Overall sides while on cycle was some minor acne, mild back pump & getting all veined out. The key here was proper cycle support.
Will be sure to post more over the next few weeks well into my off cycle
