I wish I could still eat oats. I get the nastiest farts known to man after a cup of them enters my system.

That FIBER
I dont eat oats anywhere near my workouts. it holds in my hard. I agree. Mostly potatoes/rice/rice cakes around my workout.

Yes + i work part time as well, i have worked 15 days in a row without a day off, but the experience is necessary for a full-time teaching job in the future.
Been training around 1 or 3ish.
PB is king.
