Md Report:
As it stands now, Lee Thompson says McMillan is out and did not give him a number. However, the promoter can still request that he competes. According to a source, Cedric will have to apologize to Thompson to get his number.
Talk about ego trippin ahahha...

Didn't show up on time for the show?? NO, the athletes meeting. Not really that huge of deal in the grand scheme of things. And there have been no details as to why he was late. I'm just assuming someone like Cedric who has served for as long as he did knows the importance of being on time. I doubt there is a huge ongoing problem of athletes not showing up on time. Lee just feels the need to pull childish stunts like this to stroke his ego.

Like someone said, had it been Jay or Phil it's a non issue. So if you enforce it with one you gotta enforce it with everyone.

Maybe Cedric was late b/c he felt Thompson doesn't deserve his respect. He's a beauty queen judge nothing more. Get off your fucking high horse Thompson.
Cedric spent time overseas serving our country....Thompson spent time sitting in a seat marking numbers looking at guys oiled up in underwear.Last edited by MASKOAA; 04-27-2013 at 12:07 AM.

Listen to trial # 3of the final verdict. Where Chaf talks some serious stuff about Cedric and Aceto. Yet ... I believe this story doesn't end here. McMillan was late for a reason and it shall come to light ...imagine paying 1000$ VIP tickets only to find out u won't get to see a fan favorite. Yup. I've seen a lot of pissed brazilians in the pasta hours. Lolz

All the analogies to the IFBB being 'the boss' in a traditional sense are false
the IFBB doesn't pay anybodies bills in the way other professional sports do for that matter or even you everyday job
at best 3-5 athletes from the men's division can live and pay for competition prep through competition winnings if that. None of the other divisions pull enough money full stop.
so its not like you turn up to 'your job' late
the job which looks after 'everything'
in addition it is in a foreign city and from what it sounds like he made a mistake misjudging traffic and then as these fuck ups go his mobile phone then failed him as well
i am still 100% of the opinion that he is responsible and should be sanctioned
they could have fined him $1000 plus 25% of his winnings
I feel that for some reason reason a lot of pressure is being brought down on him and Aceto...
Only thing Cedric can do is to come into another show and be "lights out"
I mean how many athletes mess up in other sports and don't even get sanctioned, and if they do there is a warning system. 3 strikes policy. This is some zero tolerance bull shit.
As for Aaron and Dave. Business is business and especially on Dave's side he has got way too much invested in IFBB/NPC relationships to get too involved with all of this. 'The truth in bodybuilding' only goes so far...
At the same time this is only an issue for fans because Cedric is the favourite to win
if he was a 3rd tier 4th tier athlete nobody cares

Rules should be rules, but I am curious if Jay or Phil would have been treated the same.
I edited your post. My apologies. But you make a valid point. The thing is, Cedric is a new Pro. I doubt very much that Cutler or Heath, longtime professionals, would make the same error, especially if getting lost in Brazil was the reason for his tardiness.
The fans could have been treated with greater respect — by Cedric and Thompson.Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!
