Protein Pancake Recipes- Share em'!
I use blueberries and creme muscle milk and three egg whites and a small amount of water to thin the consistency.
2 scoops blueberries & creme MM
3 egg whites
water to thin
Mix it up in the magic bullet (best 50 I ever spent) and cook it just like a pancake. I use some sort of sugar free syrup and it is not like a genuine pancake but when you're dieting it is damn tasty!!

with carbs....
One scoop Oats
One scoop Whey (whichever flavour you like, vanilla always works well)
4-6 egg whites
One table spoon fat free cottage cheese (adds thickness to the pancakes)
season with a dash of cinnamon
Toss it all in blender and blend till uniform in consistency, cook like pancakes....
For no Carbs, just take out the oats.....minimal carbs in the cottage cheese (less than 5g).....
top with sugar free syrup, becel spray butter, or natty PB......this was my breakfast almost daily when building.
