    Ah Sunday

    Well feeling better today, so I enjoyed some carbs since schedule wise it was suppose to be a refeed day. Pancakes and syrup, lots of them lol. Gonna go have a coffee with sugar then resume the UD2 plan. Gonna go straight back to the low carb and skip the power workout tomorrow and do the high rep depletion one.

    I know you def understand, 1 little slip and it costs you a week of progress, but I'm starting to learn that I go on runs, and this past year I was able to make my runs a little longer each time and am content with the progress this year. Really since sep 2012 to now its about 60lbs off, so I will take that. Maybe I will run the UD2 until the end of january and see where I am then.

    that is awesome proggress uh... I dont know what to call you anymore lol.
    We started out about a year ago and you have changed a ton even with all your setbacks, gotta be proud of that man. And next year will only be better with all the knowledege gained from this year. Good Luck brother!

    Thanks for the holiday wishes everyone. Just enjoying the last few days and back to work tomorrow, going to run the low carb days until NYE.

    it seems like a cool idea and a great learning experience to continue my journey and its being done by a great group of guys we already interact here.

    If I get picked I'll follow whatever plan set out for me as its another way to learn different ways to grow (or in my case cut) lol, but if not I will continue to run the UD2 plan throughout January and see where that leads me.

    No the slip was eating at the wrong restaurant on my refeed day then i got sick, that feeling makes u want to do nothing at all, its pretty powerful.

    I was ok with the low cals since i ate every 3-4 hours, there was times i was hungry but not that bad, the worst day was monday mornings after the refeed, i felt so full., the last time i did predominately pancakes and syrup wasn't bad. I think I can run it successfully for a good 6 week run. I took a risk at a new restaurant which i wont do again.

    There isn't really the mental break of eating whatever you want on refeed day since you still need to keep the fat very low, and I think after the refeed day I would do better mentally just going right back to low cal rather than a mixed day.

    The training protocol works its pretty brutal, those super high rep days are very draining and the power training after the refeed is awesome you feel so strong.
