For Mac nut oil users - helpful gadget
Here is a helpful gadget that I bought from the Pampered Chef.
#2506 Kitchen Spritzer
Kitchen Spritzer — $12.50
Prepare pans with oil or mist salads with lemon juice using this refillable nonaerosol bottle.
The first 2 times I used it, it came out stringy, but once everything was fully primed, it worked amazing. Basically you fill the oil to the "fill line", and screw the top on. There is a pump that you slide over the top several times until its primed with air. Then it has a spray nozzle like a can of paint. It works great for greasing the egg pan! Just another cool gadget to have around the house.

I have used a regular spray bottle and it works pretty well. I guess the difference is that this is a pump so you get a continuous spray?
