goddamn! Looking peeled, my man! Quads are big and separated(as is usual for you) but looks like you added some nice size to your front delts, traps, and chest is thicker too. Looks you had a successful offseason(and successful prep!). Best of luck with the comp- you seem very ready.

Here are a couple pics that a friend took during finals. I dont have any stage quality pics yet though!

My class was quite big with 14-16 competitors. I got into the first call out and moved to the center. I stayed there the whole time. When the smoked cleared I ended up a very close 2nd. I'm very happy with that I'm such a deep class with a few competitors that have placed nationally this year at both Jrs Nats and North Americans so not only depth but quality. I left nothing on the table. My condition was the best by far I just needed more fullness in upper. Its time to begin project light heavy weight!

It was very close. I think it was 2-3 points on the score cards and there was definitely an argument for either of us. I am trying not to dwell on it though. I was easily the best conditioned in the class and probably the whole show besides the overall winner who was about the same. Very happy with it though. I am looking forward to a productive growth season.

Right now must of my supplements are remaining the same. Many of these are staples year around!

Thanks buddy. Honestly this was more rewarding than the wins I have had and maybe even the overall. The depth was great and I really got to see where I stand against more national level competitors.
