    I have now added Osta RX into the mix for 4 weeks. That will carry me to about 12 weeks out or just under 12.

    I am currently down 3lbs 2.5wks into prep so that is right on pace but I am still 22 over making middles so I need to keep this up. The plan is to squeeze in right at the top.

    I have now added Brutal Academy's Whey Isolate into the mix. I am a big fan of this stuff. Super clean formula and no artificial sweeteners.

    I am back with an update. I am just inside 10 weeks out now and have added a couple of things to the mix.

    Ashwagandha: 1000mg per day (split into two doses)
    *This tends to help me cope with the additional stress of prep and what it does to my body. I feel that it helps with proper adrenal function which is certainly compromised right now.

    Mr Supps LCLT: 2000mg per day (split into two doses)
    *I like not only the benefits to androgen receptors but the cognitive benefits are noticeable for me.

    NTBM N2Sleep: Starting at 2 caps but may bump to 3 deeper into prep

    I am sitting at 192.6 today after my refeed yesterday. I hit a low of 190.6 yesterday. My condition is coming along nicely. Cals are getting low but that is part of the game sometimes.

    I was picking up a few things at Sprouts yesterday and I noticed Ashwagandha... Had never heard of it until you had mentioned it... How do you feel that's treating you?

    Ashwagandha is an excellent herb. I use it in the form of Sensoril® - www.Sensoril.com ... in my multivitamin. Can't go wrong with the addition of LCLT.

    I know you guys have some solid supps.

    I agree about the LCLT. Multiple benefits there. It shines more in a caloric deficit.

    I am going to be bumping my N2Sleep dosage to 3caps now. My sleep quality is taking a turn for the worse lately as I began to get pretty lean.

    I have swapped my Whey2Build for Isolation now. It makes it easier on me macro wish and I am on keto so the low carb count is a plus.

    Sitting at about 6.5 weeks out now. On saturday (6 out) I will be adding Yohimibine HCL into the mix. I dose it all first thing in the morning before cardio. I will be using 17.5mg so 7 caps since they typically come in 2.5mg caps. I also have bulk powder so as soon as I run out of the caps I will just weigh it out in one dose.

    I also plan to get some N2Burn this month. It does have additional yohimbe in it so I will knock my dose down about 2.5mg when I add this in. That will also serve as my caffeine source as well. For now I will use caffeine tabs of a coffee.

    Its taken some trial and error through previous preps but these things do help. Not simply for fatloss but other areas that tend to suffer during prep. Sleep, cognitive function etc.

    I hear ya on the low calories...it tough, the sleep sucks recently...i have no problem falling asleep, but staying asleep is a different story

    i'm in a different situation but i'm going to the beach next week and I have that little bit of lower ab fat I want to get rid of but i can't find any tricks to do this, i heard preporation h used to be good but they took out the ingredient to get rid of the water....any suggestions austin?

    You are correct. I think that ingredient has been gone for awhile. Something simple like some dandelion may help. Hell even just pounding water for several days before flushes out most people better than you would think.
