Sean your right I have the ocd too its the only reason im still doing everything for the most part lol i guess my ocd game is slipping lol
i did feel much better today high day today and was hungry for my meals felt fuller and tighter too
was strong in the gym today great workout im getting back

awesome chest workout today. i think im out of the slump
chest/delts/abbs
flat db press up to 120sx6 3 sec neg and a sec on bottom and top i was very suprised at this
smith incline 4 sets up to 225 x10
db palms facing 4 sets of 10
hs dip macine 3 sets of 20
rope face pulls 3 sets of 30
db front raise 3 sets of 10
smith shouler press 3 sets of 8

smith stiff leg 4 sets of 15
one leg press up too 3ppsx 20
lying leg curl 3 sets of 6
calf press 5 sets of 10
