thnaks man, Ive been getting there about 3pm now, On sat and sun usually 5 if wife working 6 or 7 if not. You going to USA's? I'm going to go either pre or night show not sure yet

Whats up guys
Little update
everything ok right now, struggling with food to keep weight up. I get digestion issues every few weeks and then it subsides. Its like my stomach kinda tops off after awhile and cannot except any more food.
With work being physicall and the heat I gain some then loose just as quick. But it is mostly water flucuations. I can be as high as 220 on the weekend and after a few days down to 210 with no dietary changes.
Cals are hovering around 4500. Cheats are no where near as large as when dieting. I'm too full most of the day to eat big, unless i miss a few meals!
i'm still hungry for the most part most of the day
Strength is pretty much at an all time high, especialy for this weight i'm at. Some standouts right now are leg press with 11pps for 15-20 with 3 sec negs. decline bench 285 for 11 with 2 sec negs and dead stop rack deads with 495 for 10.
I just gotta be careful as little nagging things are pilling up. If i aint feeling good I aint lifting it!

Glad to hear you are doing good brother. I would say wait until winter so you can gain some weight but not sure much changes in the desert.

Work is really good Bob, finally getting appreciated. Got an awesome boss who is a good freind of mine. And the company is treating me really well. In fact a may be getting another big promotion, it will eleminate pretty much all physical work but it is a very stressful position. Ive done it before for years and it drains you quick if your not prepared. However this time I feel with all that Ive learned believe or not from bodybuilding lifestyle and competing I feel I'm alot more level headed at this stage and I feel I can channel alot of those stress' much better. We shall see. Thanks for asking.

Thanks bro. I tell you what the next show I do I wanna start prep in the summer! It is way easier to diet.

Hell yea it gets cold. Last winter I was on a roof near Moapa in the desert in the middle of nowhere on a power plant. It was below 0 with wind chills holy shot it was cold, my partner literaly froze his hands we had to stop work for heat LOL I was more prepared with the carhardt suit!
