Hey guys still at it currently 192 ish 10lb up from last prep same point. Two 45 min cardio session and no carbs the last few weeks not even a cheat! On track though strength starting to rise now hit close to a pr Saturday bb squat 365x10 I was very surprised ha
Left was night before last show right is 6.5 weeks out last Wednesday morning

thanks Bob yes I'm seeing different areas stubborn and others not as much totally different than last year. Last year my legs had veins before prep started this time they barley coming out. My waist is smaller than last tar though and skin is a bit tighter so that's a plus.
Mum really not practicing as much as I should but I don't have as much time to devote as I did last time. I've kinda never stopped or acting throughout offseason not working with Kenny this time decided to make some changes in my own but his direction was invaluable.Stop by my Training Log: RichDC2's Log

Diet and calories similar than last prep, or are you having to dig a bit deeper and go a little bit normal that lower? Its crazy how we see new things and learn new things every prep and things are never the same.

Last prep I went in leaner from 20 weeks to stage was only about a 15lb loss. Went in 195 got down to 170 day before show and filled out to 180 at weigh in I had never been that lean before it was mostly Keto with a big carb up cheat right up to the show.
this time I started around 230lb and about 650g carbs which slowly brought down to 0 about 9 weeks out no cheat but we are playing around with a once a week carb up about 200gr I'm in the low 180s now who knows where I'll end up doesn't matter I know I look different and I feel in better condition than last time. I am very happy with the changes at my age and supp regimine

might as well post the days activities carb up day off of training today getting real tired from daily activities had big cup of coffee when i woke up and 3 sugar free monster energy drink througout the day
wake up recumbant bike 45min
meal 1 1/2 cup egg white 1 whole, 3/4 white rice 1 tsp coconut oil
meal 2 8oz wild cod 3/4 white rice 2tsp evoo
meal 3 6oz turkey 3/4 white rice 2 tsp mac nut oil
meal 4 same as 2
45 min cardio recumbant bike
meal 5 same as 1
