Oyea I will be with him for a long while. We are ironing out the details now, but it looks like I might be at double the cals what I was doing right off the bat and keep accessing. I am super primed been in a deficit for over 16 months for the most part. Time to drop a hammer metoblism is ragging.

You know right after I read this I hopped on my bike throw on my music and did 35min of cardio before I knew and I feel a ton better already I might even make it to the gym tomorrow! Thanks man!

I went food shopping with plans of buying a few things that I haven't had and I just couldn't do it I was wresting with myself back and forth and just put the shit back on the shelf and left lololol
but that won't stop me from smashburger tonight!
