IMG_20141018_065928410_HDR.jpgHad an awesome 4am leg workout today. Not one person in the gym it was great. worked up to 365x10 with 3 sec neg on BB squat and probably the lowest Ive ever gone. Felt good. Almost hurled my intra when the workout was over. Iknow it was good then

whats up fellas. been real busy with life stuff. i still lurk on hear when I get a chance looks like everyone doin well but alot of shit goin on with the site. hopefully it all works out
i still havent missed any training maybe the last shake of the day once in a while but still backing in the food. Training still intense as ever stronger and stronger. Things are moving well. i fell good, still fitting into same clothes but everything is much tighter now lol.
up in the 215-220 range noticing the joints taking a beating some days mix of age stregnth and weight probably. Otherwise all good. im really used to it now but all the cooking and eating does take a ton of time. Im still balancing and able so not stopping now.
im even getting lazy shaving

no nothin for the joints Ive taken lots of different supps over the years never really felt anything that worked.
My workouts are kinda designed well enough to avoid problems and they have helped tons. when i did my own training i was hurting often now not so much but things catch upStop by my Training Log: RichDC2's Log

5000 kcals in one meal? LOL

stomachs been great. It also depends on what I have but it has to be close to 5000 u would know, from 5 guys I have 3 to 3 1/2 doubles and 2 lrg fry sometimes have a couple of cookies or ice cream or kid goodies at home tooUssually 2 0r 3 digestives and 4-8 GDAs
last night I had an 18" pizza and half of a 12" meatball pizza. i was actually hungry couple hrs later I though my stomach would be screwed becuase I never have cheese or dairy during the week and thank god I was fineStop by my Training Log: RichDC2's Log

Dairy seems to kill my dad because he has chrons too, so its intereseting to see how you react seeing yours is much worse than his is (or it seems like). he does eat 5 guys a few times a week and it never bothers him, so that makes sense.
i figured you would take that many GDA's or Enzymes, man 5k would do a toll on your stomach and toilet
